Supporting Inclusive Participation
Keep Malaysia Clean (KMC) believes that participation should be open to all. We are committed to making the platform as accessible and inclusive as reasonably practicable so that individuals, communities, organisations and institutions are able to participate with ease and confidence.
This includes making participation as accessible as practicable to every community while respecting Malaysia’s constitutional, legal and administrative framework. As part of this commitment, KMC will endeavour to make the platform available in the principal languages used throughout Malaysia. Language editions will be developed, reviewed and validated in collaboration with appropriate educational, linguistic and community partners to support accuracy, cultural relevance and consistency with KMC’s values and principles.
We also recognise that digital information is accessed differently. As the platform continues to evolve, we remain committed to improving the accessibility and usability of KMC.
Our objective is to:
- provide information that is clear and easy to understand;
- support access across commonly used devices and web browsers;
- use consistent navigation and page structures throughout the platform;
- present content in a way that encourages participation by diverse users; and
- continue improving accessibility as the platform evolves.
